Jeeptoberfest is one of the largest Jeep Only events in the Southeast. The Annual fundraiser event of the Ocala Jeep Club will be held October 10-12, 2025.
The 3-day event will include:
- Friday OCT 10, 2025. 9am–Gates open ($10 parking fee for non-registered vehicles) *vendors*merchandise*food*music**obstacle courses*spectator viewing* 4pm—Obstacle Courses close. 4pm– Show and Shine at FL Horse Park=PINK NIGHT for Breast Cancer Awareness!($10 parking fee for non-registered vehicles) *vendors *food *music*raffles*. 6pm– *raffles*S&S trophy award presentations* Event Closes for the day after raffles, all vehicles must depart (except campers)
- Saturday OCT 11, 2025. 8am–Gates open ($10 parking fee for non-registered vehicles) *vendors*merchandise*food *raffles*50/50* *music*obstacle courses*spectator viewing* 11am–Helicopter Duck Drop 4pm —*obstacle courses closed*raffles start* (the big one)
- 7pm–VIP Guided Obstacle Course Night Ride (Horse Park stock and modified courses) Registered Jeep & VIP arm bands required to participate!
- Sunday OCT 12, 2025. Vendors and obstacle courses are closed! 9am–Ocala National Forest Guided Trail Ride 3pm—-Event campers must depart park
- NO REFUNDS!!Pre Registration Price $75 (Parking Fee Waived). per Jeep covers all occupants legally buckled in for Friday. & Saturday events. Day of registration will be $85. ($10 to park + $75 to enter Jeep= $85 total.) VIP Saturday Night Ride on Courses=50 Jeep slots available. MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED to Purchase= $50! NO REFUNDS!

Pre-registered Jeeps will receive:
- Online and paperless registration plus a savings. $10 parking fee is waived.
- Less paperwork day of event!
- First 500 to Pre Register will receive a special Sponsor t-shirt! Must Pre Register early to be guaranteed the size you request!!!
Tickets will also be available at the gate for $85 for weekend!

Registration for On Site camping will open once you register your Jeep. Camping info will be in your Ticket confirmation you receive after your Jeep Registration is completed.
Please remember there is NO ALCOHOL!!! Individuals found in possession of alcohol will be asked to leave the property immediately, and/or coolers will be confiscated. NO REFUNDS. Event is Rain Or Shine, NO REFUNDS.
Due to limited space, pop-up canopies will not be allowed in the show parking and spectator areas.
JEEPTOBERFEST FAQ
FULL JEEPTOBERFEST GUIDELINES AND COURSE REGULATIONS
- ** Admission for spectators is $10. per carload CASH ONLY. A portion of the admission proceeds will be donated to local charities.
- ** Registration on site opens for the event at 9 a.m. on Friday Oct. 10.
- ** The Event runs 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Sunday Guided Trail Ride in Ocala National Forest starts at 9:00 a.m.
- **Stacking is NOT PERMITTED on Horse Park property!!
**NOT PERMITTED- Golf carts, 4 wheelers, side-by-sides, scooters, hoverboards, and bicycles, includes non- motorized or motorized (except handicap aids)
**Flying drones are not permitted (except approved contracted photographers by the Ocala Jeep Club) - ** Various events will be going on throughout the event. Please check the event schedule for times as some of these events will be open and closed at different times during the day.
- ** If you are participating on any of the off road courses or motorized events during the show- please abide by the following guidelines:
- ** Seat belts must be functional and worn by all occupants at all times the vehicle is moving.
- Stock (Easy) Course: Drivers can be 15 years old with a current State Issued Learners permit and an approved licensed passenger. Passengers of all ages allowed as long as Florida child restraint laws are followed. Jeep must have tow points. Arm Bands required for all occupants. Stock Plus Course=33″ tires.
- Moderate (Intermediate) Course: Drivers with a current valid Driver’s License. Arm bands are required for all occupants. Jeep must have 33” tires, one locker, tow points.
- Extreme (Experienced) Course: Drivers and Passengers must be 18 or older, with a valid driver’s license. 35″ or larger tires. LOCKERS. Armbands required for all occupants.
- ** All guidelines or instructions given by event staff on courses must be followed. Failure to do so will result in removal from course. (No refunds will be given if removed for noncompliance).
- ** If you find that you are unable to remove your jeep from the course due to mechanical failure, the Ocala Jeep Club reserves the right to remove your vehicle using heavy equipment, such as a tractor, track hoe, etc. the Ocala Jeep Club is not responsible for any damages that incur to you or your vehicle during the removal process.
- ARE DOGS OR ANY PETS ALLOWED AT THE EVENT?
- YES. Individuals with dogs or any pets, Must be well behaved and on leash at all times! Must pick up after them. If aggression is shown at anytime, you must remove it from the event.
- WHERE CAN I PARK MY TRAILER?
- Trailer parking is available at the event
- IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT THE EVENT?
- We are a family oriented event. Alcohol is PROHIBITED at the event. Individuals with alcohol will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refunds.
- CAN I BRING A VEHICLE OTHER THAN A JEEP?
- We are a JEEP ONLY event. All other vehicles will be allowed entrance as spectators only.
- ARE SPECTATORS ALLOWED?
- Yes, spectators are allowed.
- IS THERE AN ATM AVAILABLE AT THE EVENTS?
- Only cash is accepted at entrance for parking($10). ATM is available once inside event.
